I set up Crowns in 2007 and ever since have had the fortune of working with many amazing people within the dental care profession. The ambition of Crowns has always been to provide a flexible and supportive working environment for those who work for us, while also delivering a positive and responsive service for our clients.

When not working I’m kept busy chasing around after our 3 children. I enjoy the outdoors, rugby and when I get chance developing my novice piano skills.  


Head of Operations

My connection with Crowns started 13 years ago when Rob placed me as a practice manager at a practice in Harrogate. I worked there for 10 years and then in 2019 I came to work for Crowns, after a short break following the arrival of my second son.

I have two boys who keep my very busy and when I am not spending time with my family I like to swim, garden and watch football.


Recruitment Co-ordinator/Area Manager

Stacey joined our team in early 2021. As Practice manager and a registered Dental nurse with 10 years of experience in the Dental industry, Stacey has worked in both NHS and Private practices taking on a variety of roles but has always had a passion of training and compliance.

Stacey’s spare time is generally filled walking with her two Scottish Terriers and making epic cakes!


Area Manager South Yorkshire

I am the newest member of the Crowns team. I have worked in various roles in the dental sector which I have thoroughly enjoyed, but I am now looking forward to working in the Crowns team as an area manager.

I love spending time with my family and I really enjoy keeping active and going to the gym. I also love taking my teacup chihuahua Pablo out for walks.



Lesley joined the team to keep on top of all things compliance. Having worked within several health care setting, including abroad with the MOD.

Lesley has a huge wealth of experience with maintaining compliance systems and understanding the importance that this plays within a  business.



Sarah manages the accounts and payroll. Having a passion for numbers she loves getting into the nitty gritty of invoices, tax codes and all things regulation.

You will always find Sarah with a calculator in hand, compiling spread sheets, digging into the detail of payments and transactions. All this ensures the smooth running of Crowns and its finances.
